Cross Training Football Leadership Award

Cross Training Football believes that a young man can lead and set an example to those who are around him through integrity of Character, while at the same time elevating his teammates to a higher level of play. The following character traits embody this type of Leader:

Communication-              Their words should reflect their walk on and off the field while encouraging and building up teammates.

Competitive Spirit-         He has a positive outlook even when things seem hopeless. He demonstrates a never quit attitude not only in games but gives 100 % in practice.

Caring-                                 The Athlete demonstrates a love for the game and love for his teammates, serving his team through sacrifice, and putting the team ahead of His goals.

Confidence-                       A young man who believes in his coach and teammates and their combined abilities to succeed no matter what the odds.

Character-                           A young man who demonstrates the ability to win with humility and lose with grace. A young man who knows what is right and is doing what is right on and off the field.

Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity. 1Timothy 4:12
